When it comes to coating, the process is very involved. We're a small team and chase perfection. The outcome of every vehicle is dependent on prep work which many shops overlook. The paint needs to be decontaminated, paint corrected, clayed, compounded, polished and more importantly have a clean base before applying the Ceramic Coating. We start every vehicle with a decontaminating wash where we degrease and shampoo all exterior surfaces. Then we clay all exterior surfaces to remove surface-bonded contamination and get the paint feeling as smooth as glass. After claying, we wash the vehicle down once more and dry it. Once dried we tape up all exterior plastics, vinyl and decals; This is done because Polish or Compound transfer can damage the exterior plastic finish.
We then move on to the labor intensive, paint correction phase. Using only the best of the best machine polishers we perform a full paint correction whether one stage or two or three stage on the all exterior painted surfaces. This is where bulk of the time is spent, taking anywhere from 8-20 hours depending on what kind of paint we're working on and how much correction is needed. This is where we specialize in chasing that perfect finish before applying the Coating. Our paint correction ensures that majority of swirls, scratches, marring is permanently eliminated.
Getting towards the end of it, we prepare the paint with a base that cleans all polishing oils and prepares the surface for Ceramic Coating. Once we apply the Ceramic Coating of choice 7 year, 5 Year, 3 Year or 1 Year. We allow the vehicle to bake and when cured, release the car back to our client.

CERAMIC PLUS maintains the thickness and protection aspect of CERAMIC, while incorporating 40% of self healing capabilities for light surface scratches and micro marring. While some deeper scratches, which may not completely recover, but they will be much noticeable and almost undetectable on lighter colored paints.
Additionally, Ceramic Plus still provides similar heat resistance, high gloss, hydrophobic and easy cleaning properties which Ceramic is known for.

Over the life of the installed product, a car coated in FEYNLAB® CERAMIC PLUS will show significantly less swirls and marring than any other professional ceramic coating on the market (except for FEYNLAB® SELF-HEAL PLUS AND SELF HEAL LITE) due to the recovery properties of the coating.
CERAMIC PLUS contains some of the same chemistry found in FEYNLAB® CERAMIC, and has similar physical properties such as; excellent heat resistance, brilliant gloss, and excellent water sheeting (hydrophobicity).
